## Soft caps and fair-use overage

Paid plans never block when you cross your monthly cap. We email warnings at 80%, 100%, and 150%. If you stay over 150% for 7 days without upgrading, our team reaches out to talk about the right tier. The only hard blocks are sybil/swarm abuse signals (real fraud, not real customers).

Fair-use overage: $0.25 per carrier verification past the soft cap. Broker lookups on the carrier and dispatcher side never count toward overage.

## Founding cohort policy

- **Carriers**: no founding discount. Free is already free.
- **Dispatchers**: no founding discount. Launch prices are the founding prices.
